Another Paradigm Shift: we were isolated mentally, in little screen-bubbles; now we’re isolated physically, “sheltering in place”, and the Attention Harvesting machine that has kept us misinformed and upset is clogged and stalled.

We all see the same thing now: our normal way of life is potentially deadly; and nobody is immune.

It is a time of great possibility, as humanity starts sitting up and looking around. “Lucky mud!” as Kurt Vonnegut wrote.

Our response, as humanity, is starting now. I think it is going to be very hard to look into this great mirror. But looking that way is necessary, and there’s no choice anyway. We’ll see whether humanity can withstand this evolutionary step.

I’m saying yes, we can.
